Brazilian Crumbs Cake

Dough :
. 3 cups (tea) of flour
. 1 tbsp (tablespoons) baking powder
. 1 egg
. 1 1/2 cup sugar
. 1/2 cup (tea) of cold margarine

. 1 tbsp (tablespoons) flour
. 1 can of whole milk
. 2 egg yolks
. 1 can of condensed milk
. 1 tbsp (tablespoons) margarine
. 1 can heavy cream
. 1 teaspoon (tsp) vanilla extract


Dough: In a large bowl, place the flour, baking powder, egg, sugar and margarine and mix well until it forms a crumbly.

Filling: Dissolve the flour in the milk, add the egg yolks, condensed milk, margarine and cook until thickened. Remove from heat, add the cream and vanilla. Mix well.

Putting together: In a form of removable rim, and put half the dough on it, the stuffing. Spread remaining dough over. Bake in preheated oven at 350 for 30 minutes or until golden.
